Damages and Refund Policy
At Villager Market, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and delivered.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@villagermarket.com with:

We will review your claim and, if the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products, including but not limited to:

Any item that is not defective or damaged
Refunds for Defective Products
If your claim is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
